However, we are bringing this Professional Business Valuation to you at no charge.  Kindly do not mistake this free offer for something less-than-useful.  This is an important Professional Valuation Report and the criteria and data in it can be used by your company and others third parties together with your accountant-prepared P&L and Balance Sheet for funding, 100% buy-out, partial buy-out or other custom situation you are seeking.

We trust you will find the Valuation Report immensely educational,  rewarding and gratifying.  Your business data and subsequent valuation are taken from over 55,000 similar businesses to arrive at your valuation and multiple.  

Once you have completed the forms and submitted your entries there’s is no obligation to move forward with us. However, we feel that a 15-minute call to go over the valuation results could be extremely beneficial to you. 

We’re not business brokers  and hence we’re not looking to earn a commission.  

If we can assist in a possible partial buyout of 60% to 80% while you stay in your business and retain 20% to 40%, or a 100% buy out, or some other funding needs, then we should have that call. Again there’s no cost and no obligation.  Either way you’ll receive a very informative valuable Report of about 30 pages.
